Common questions
Why can't I get a price online for a roof?
Because whoever gives you one is guessing. Pitch, layers, decking condition and access all change the job, and decking is the part nobody can see until the old roof comes off. We'd rather quote what's actually there.
What if the decking underneath is bad?
We tell you before we cover it up. Replacing bad sheathing is part of doing the job properly — one of the photos on our work page is exactly that, mid-tear-off with a bay still open.
Do you do repairs, or only full replacements?
Both. If a repair is the honest answer for your roof, that's what we'll quote.
